• Enrolment Fee:The applicable enrolment fee supports administrative processing, eligibility screening, documentation review, due diligence, and coordination of the awards process. Payment does not influence the evaluation panel or guarantee nomination, selection, an award, publicity, or any commercial benefit.
• Refunds and Cancellations:Enrolment fees, refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, and related payment matters will be handled in accordance with the published Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Accuracy of Information:Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, claims, documents, logos, photographs, references, and supporting materials are complete, accurate, authentic, lawful, and properly authorized.
• Authority to Participate:The person submitting an entry confirms that they are authorized to represent the relevant organization, brand, project, product, team, or individual and to provide the submitted information and materials.
• Verification and Due Diligence:Prime Awards reserves the right to verify any submission, review publicly available information, contact relevant references, and request additional documents, evidence, or clarification at any stage
• Evaluation Process:Eligible entries will be assessed according to the criteria applicable to their respective award categories. Evaluations may consider submitted evidence, professional judgment, industry relevance, achievements, impact, innovation, and other appropriate factors.
• Final Decision:Decisions made by the authorized jury or evaluation panel will be final, except where Prime Awards determines that a procedural review, factual correction, or reconsideration is appropriate.
• Disqualification or Withdrawal:Prime Awards may reject or disqualify an application, revoke a nomination, or withdraw an award if any information is found to be false, misleading, plagiarized, incomplete, unauthorized, unlawful, or materially unverifiable.
• Conflicts of Interest:Prime Awards may implement reasonable measures to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest involving evaluators, applicants, sponsors, partners, or other participating parties.
• Publicity and Media Coverage:Nomination, shortlisting, or selection does not guarantee media coverage or publication by any newspaper, television channel, digital platform, media partner, or other third party. The nature, timing, and extent of publicity may vary.
• No Commercial Guarantee:Prime Awards does not guarantee increased sales, investment, business opportunities, reputation, market position, customer acquisition, or any other financial or commercial outcome arising from participation or recognition.
• Use of Submitted Materials:By participating, applicants authorize Prime Awards to use approved names, designations, organizational details, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, quotations, and ceremony footage for award administration, announcements, event coverage, publications, marketing, archival records, and promotional activities, subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• Intellectual Property:All third-party names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Prime Awards website does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated.
• Programme Changes:Prime Awards reserves the right to reasonably amend award categories, eligibility requirements, evaluation arrangements, submission deadlines, jury composition, event dates, venues, formats, benefits, or programme activities when operationally necessary.
• Postponement or Cancellation:Events or programme activities may be postponed, relocated, modified, conducted virtually, or cancelled due to security concerns, government restrictions, natural disasters, venue issues, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
