Punjab Tourism Force Gets New Haval H6 Petrol SUVs

The Government of Punjab has added a fleet of new GWM Haval H6 petrol SUVs to the Punjab Tourism Force. This move strengthens the department’s ability to patrol and support tourists at popular spots across the province.

The Punjab Tourism Force is a special uniformed unit. It helps keep visitors safe, provides guidance, and handles emergencies at key tourist places like Murree, Taxila, Harappa, and the Soon Valley. These modern vehicles will help the force work better in the field and improve tourism services.

The Haval H6 is a stylish and strong SUV. It features modern LED headlights and taillights, automatic headlamps, daytime running lights, a panoramic sunroof, roof rails, and 19-inch alloy wheels. Safety extras include an emergency brake warning system and privacy glass.

Under the hood, the Haval H6 uses a turbocharged petrol engine with a smooth automatic dual-clutch transmission. It comes in 1.5-litre or 2.0-litre options, delivering up to 235 horsepower and 385 Nm of torque. This makes it powerful for both city roads and hilly tourist areas.

Inside, the SUV offers comfort and technology. It has a large 14.6-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, wireless phone charging, and an eight-speaker sound system. Advanced safety features include adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, autonomous emergency braking, and a 360-degree camera.

This induction shows Punjab’s focus on boosting tourism with better facilities and safety. The new Haval H6 vehicles will help officers respond faster and serve visitors more effectively.
